Learn how to turn fruit scraps into vinegar! This is a great way to use all the apple cores, or pineapple rinds, or strawberry tops for something useful before they go into the compost. In this class, you will learn how to make delicious, unusual vinegar that can be used in dressings, marinades, cocktails in place of citrus or reduced down to create a delicious glaze for fish or cheese. The possibilities are endless. We will also discuss how to make fermented herbal vinegar and other recipes that fruit vinegar can be used in. This class will be a lot of fun!
