Tunnel boning a turkey

Have you ever wanted to try turducken? In this demo, Kevin will show us how to tunnel bone a turkey, or remove all the bones from the center while leaving the actual bird intact. This can be used to make many dishes besides turducken. Come out and learn some knife skills!
