Learn how to make this Mexican street food using a steamer. We will be preparing the masa, soaking and stuffing the corn husks, tieing them closed, and steaming them. Tamales are always better fresh and you have not had the full experience until you have had a fresh one! These are a great snack for when you are entertaining.
